FPT has signed a strategic partnership and investment agreement with Blueward, South Korea’s leading independent SAP consulting firm. FPT will acquire up to 10% of Blueward before its 2028 IPO.
The two companies will combine Blueward’s strong local SAP expertise with FPT’s nearly 2,000 SAP specialists and global digital transformation experience. The partnership focuses on co-selling and co-delivery models to expand SAP ERP services, including S/4HANA, SAP BTP extensions, AI use cases, and application management.
Beyond ERP, the collaboration will support financial-sector digitalization by integrating Blueward’s finance consulting with FPT’s capabilities in data, AI, and cloud.
FPT has been an SAP Regional Strategic Partner for over two decades and has a significant presence in South Korea with 300 local staff.
